Eligibility Criteria

POWERGRID Apprentice Recruitment 2026 के लिए उम्मीदवारों को नीचे दी गई पात्रता शर्तें पूरी करनी होंगी।

General Eligibility

• Nationality: उम्मीदवार भारतीय नागरिक होना चाहिए।
• Age Limit: आवेदन के समय कम से कम 18 वर्ष होना आवश्यक है।
• Educational Qualification:
  • मान्यता प्राप्त सरकारी संस्थान / विश्वविद्यालय से Full-time regular course होना चाहिए।
  • Part-time / Correspondence / Distance / Online courses मान्य नहीं होंगे।
• उम्मीदवार के पास required specialization में डिग्री / डिप्लोमा / ITI होना चाहिए।
• Final या consolidated mark sheet में percentage of marks स्पष्ट रूप से दर्ज होना चाहिए।
• Passed Out Period: उम्मीदवार ने 12 मार्च 2024 से 11 मार्च 2026 के बीच अपनी qualification पूरी की हो।
• Mark sheet में result declaration date स्पष्ट रूप से लिखी होनी चाहिए।
• Medical Fitness: Apprentice Act 1961 के अनुसार medically fit होना जरूरी है।
• Work Experience: उम्मीदवार के पास 1 वर्ष से अधिक job experience नहीं होना चाहिए।

Not Eligible Candidates

• Final exam का result awaiting करने वाले उम्मीदवार।
• जिनकी आयु 18 वर्ष से कम है।
• जो पहले किसी organization में apprenticeship training कर चुके हैं या कर रहे हैं।
• जिनके पास 1 वर्ष से अधिक का job experience है।

Note:
यदि कंपनी द्वारा accommodation (रहने की सुविधा) प्रदान नहीं की जाती या उम्मीदवार उसे उपयोग नहीं करता है, तो अतिरिक्त ₹2,500 प्रति माह HRA दिया जाएगा।

Selection Process

POWERGRID Apprentice Recruitment 2026 में चयन प्रक्रिया काफी सरल रखी गई है। इसमें कोई लिखित परीक्षा या इंटरव्यू नहीं होगा। चयन निम्न चरणों के आधार पर किया जाएगा:

Stage 1: Shortlisting

• उम्मीदवारों को उनकी eligibility और qualification के आधार पर शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा।

Stage 2: Document Verification

• Training slots के अनुपात में 1:5 ratio में candidates को document verification के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।

Stage 3: Merit List Preparation

• Document verification के बाद final merit list तैयार की जाएगी।

Stage 4: Final Engagement
Merit list के आधार पर चयनित उम्मीदवारों को apprenticeship के लिए शामिल किया जाएगा, बशर्ते कि वे:

• NATS/NAPS portal पर tri-partite apprenticeship contract accept करें
• निर्धारित format में medical certificate जमा करें
• Police verification पूरा करें

Important Notes

• इस भर्ती में कोई written exam या interview नहीं होगा।
• अधूरी या गलत जानकारी वाली applications सीधे reject कर दी जाएंगी।
• Document verification के लिए कोई TA/DA नहीं मिलेगा।
• Shortlisted candidates को सूचना registered email के माध्यम से दी जाएगी।
