JKSSB Constable Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Details
As per the notification issued by Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board for Constable posts in J&K Police (Home Department), the eligibility conditions are as follows:
Educational Qualification
- Matriculation (10th pass) from a recognized Board.
Domicile
- Candidate must be a domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir.
- A valid Domicile Certificate issued by the competent authority is mandatory.
Nationality
- Applicant must be a citizen of India.
Physical Standards
For Male Candidates
- Minimum Height: 5 feet 6 inches
- Chest (Unexpanded): 32 inches
- Chest (Expanded): 33½ inches
For Female Candidates

JKSSB Constable Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process & Application Details

Stage 1 – Written Examination
